Q: How long will it take to fill my job order?
  A: It will depend on many factors, the job requirements and experience level that you are seeking for your open position, your pay range, office location, etc. It may take a few days or a few weeks for a more difficult position to be filled.

Q: Where and how do you find your applicants?
  A: We use a variety of methods electronic or in print. We also utilize a large data base of applicants that we are constantly updating.

Q: Am I required to pay your fee if I ask you to find an employee for my office, but I then find a person for this job myself?
  A: If the person is associated with Placement Services yes, you will have to pay our fee. If you find this person on your own without our assistance you are not required to pay a fee.

Q: What type of guarantee do you offer on your placements?
  A: If for any reason the employee placed in a permanent position does not work out within the first 90 days of employment we offer a one time replacement. Our replacement rate is less than 2% and we honor all replacements.

Q: Do I need medical experience to apply with Medical Society Placement services?
  A: Most doctor's offices require 6 months to a year prior medical experience, however, there are exceptions.

Q: How long will it take you to find me a job?
  A: Time could vary from a few days to several weeks. There is not a set timeline or guarantee for finding anyone a job. It will depend on the applicants qualifications, open job orders, the location where they would like to work, requested pay range, etc.

Q: Are you a 'temp' agency?
  A: We are not a temp service, we do fill our client doctors requests for temporary workers, but the majority of our jobs are full time permanent positions with employee benefits.

Q: Will I be charged a fee if you find a job for me?
  A: There is never a fee to our applicants, the recruiting physician pays all fees.
