Direct Hire

Upon final selection and hire, these candidates become part of your office team. Fees are a percentage of the annual salary of the candidate that is being hired. Members of the Maricopa County Medical Society receive significant direct hire fee discounts.

Additional resources for overloads as well as coverage for vacationing employees, leave of absence, or illness.

Temp to Hire

Candidates remain on the Medical Society Placement Service (MSPS) payroll for first 90 days (or as long as you would like to keep the candidate at this status). Once hired, these candidates join your permanent staff. We offer a credit for each week that our candidate works for you as a temp. This credit will be applied to the Direct hire fee, should you decide to hire candidate before the 90 day period ends.
